NANOFORM GEL FOR RIFLE BARRELS SPECIFICATION

NANOFORM for chrome and non-chrome trunks of any caliber

NANOFORM gel designed for restoring repair and wear protection of the surface of the bore of all kinds of rifles. Trunks can be restored ,which have following blemishes in barrel: the height of the grid, micro-cracks, chipped chrome, sinks, corrosion, wear of fields rifling, bloating, etc. It is not recommended to handle guns, which have blow with the bulge on the outer surface of the metal.

The result of applying the gel NANOFORM

Restores the geometry and wear protection surface of the barrel
Compensates for wear on the tops of the rifling to 0.02 mm
Removes surface defects
Increases the accuracy of hits on the target at 100 m up to 70%
Provides maximum stopping power for this type of ammunition
Increase of the initial speed of the bullet on a new barrel of 5-15 m / s.
Increase of the initial speed of the bullet on the worn barrel by 20%
Reduced vibration of the barrel.
Increases the share of arms

Application

Stage 1 (15 shots)

1.Apply the black gel by brush inside of the trunk.
2. Apply the gel to the surface of the sleeve extending from the bullet.
3. To fire.
4. Produce at least another 14 shots, repeat steps 1 and 2.

Stage 2 (15 shots)

1. Produce at least 15 shots, using green gel.

Notes:

1. New trunks should be handled by 15th shots using a green gel. For the prevention of reduced trunk is recommended to make 15 shots using a green gel once a year or 15 after every thousand shots. Guaranteed durability of the protective coating on 5 000-7 000 shots.
